At the Enterprise Architect User Group in Stuttgart October 6th Jackie Mitchell from Ability Engineering will speak about “Making Agile Work in Non-Agile Organizations: Collaborating with Enterprise Architect”. Implementing Agile Developments within “traditional” Development Environments creates many challenges. One of the keys is communicating with and getting feedback from stakeholders in a timely way.

This presentation describes an agile development program working in a large non-agile organization:

– Integrating it with the surrounding legacy systems and waterfall Developments.

– Using EA and eaDocX to collaborate Effectively, and

– Delivering quality and velocity on the programs.

As a Project and Programme Manager, consultant and trainer in the Aerospace, Healthcare, Telecoms and IT industries for more than 25 years, Jackie has delivered projects using a wide range of different PM Approaches, tools and methods. Managing Agile Software Developments inside non-Agile organization, her experience has helped stakeholders of all kinds support successful project delivery.
