Facebook terms and conditions include a clause that states: “By posting user content to any part of the site, you automatically grant… to the company an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusice, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such user content for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise…”
Soll ich das jetzt wirklich noch übersetzen?
Die Änderungen wurden Aufgrund massiver UserInnen Proteste und extrem schlechte Publicity nach ein paar Tagen wieder zurückgezogen.
Interessant finde ich den neuen Ansatz der nun von Facebook in Bezug auf die AGB Änderungen verfolgt wird:
