Apparently more and more IoT devices get attacked – the latest report was on appliances (the white ones):
I really think we need better law’s for connected devices!
My proposal:
- a centralized kill switch – and really good rules for safety relvant devices
- Devices that are not maintened or updated with patches should be forced by law to go offline after warning users
- And a certification for “secure and save” device
